Master programme
The first semester is carried out at the University of Belgrade (Serbia), where the student is trained in the necessary basics for the programme.
The second semester is carried out at the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (Spain), with a focus on a deep understanding of applied hydraulics topics and water related renewable energy sources.
The third semester is for specialization in one of the following topics:
- Energy Transition, Water Resources and Markets: Grenoble INP-ENSE3, UGA.
- Renewable Energy Sources and their Applications: Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena.
- Water Energy Mining: IHE Delft.
The students will also carry out a multidisciplinary project to learn how to apply the knowledge and competences provided by the courses, how to work in a team and face the challenge of a multidisciplinary work.

This EMDM aims at developing the EMJM entitled Water and Energy (Watergy) that will provide a high-level, multi-national, research and industrial-oriented education in Water and Energy interactions, which complies with the EGD strategy to provide future-proof jobs and skills training for the transition as a basis for cleaner energy and cutting-edge clean technological innovation.
